Erica has served as a Board Director at the Con for the past 3 years and has been an active member of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee, contributing oversight and strategic insight across financial and operational risk domains. She is currently a People Leader within a sector of the NSW State Government and bring expertise in leading teams, driving organisational performance, and navigating complex and regulated environments. Prior to this position, she held senior leadership roles within the finance industry, where she developed and led high-performing teams in both retail and commercial finance settings.

Working across highly regulated sectors has provided Erica with a strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of financial governance, enterprise risk management, and compliance frameworks.
