Mitch Burgess has been referred to by some as being ‘in between’ musical styles – delivering an energetic & upbeat performance with a flair for blues. He is a creative guitarist, keeping audiences entertained with innovative phrasing and expression.

Inspired by personal experiences and the people around him, he has recently launched his first EP, Trio. This new EP is the result of years spent experimenting on stage, and it defines Mitch’s sound perfectly.

You can find Mitch performing alongside his vivacious band or as a solo acoustic artist for more intimate shows many times each week. When he isn’t performing on stage, Mitch shares his passion for music by teaching guitar where he is based at the Coffs Harbour Regional Conservatorium.

Mitch has played at some larger events such as the Hoey Moey House Of Blues, The Coffs Coast Food & Wine Festival, Summer Sesh, Blues & Berries and Woopstock.
